Based in Philadelphia, Don Gayhardt serves as the president and CEO of Speedy Group Holdings Corporation, which provides financial solutions to underbanked consumers. Don Gayhardt is also the chairman of Music Training Center Holdings, LLC, which provides students with music education.

Earlier in his career, Don Gayhardt served alongside on the Board of Directors of Dollar Financial Group, the company where he first served in a presidential role. He credits his brother-in-law for teaching him the finer points of business leadership and how to balance micro-level details with macro-level strategy, a vital technique he brought to his work with Speedy Group Holdings. Today, Don Gayhardt oversees 5,000 employees across more than 400 locations across Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Actively involved in his profession, Don Gayhardt serves as a board member with the Community Financial Services Association of America and as the chairman of its Communications Committee. In addition to his endeavors in the financial industry, he supports his adopted home of Philadelphia through a variety of philanthropic commitments that include supporting initiatives such as SpeakUp! and institutions like the Philadelphia Orchestra. Don Gayhardt has also lent his talents to local businesses, such as his work as a board member and chairman of the audit committee at Beneficial Bank.

Besides his professional and philanthropic pursuits, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He likes cycling, golfing, and paddle boarding among various other outdoor activities, at their New Jersey vacation home.
